- Basic: $6.9/month (first month) → $9.9/month (≤ $1,000 monthly bill limit)
- Plus: $13.9/month (first month) → $19.9/month (≤ $4,000 monthly bill limit)
- Pro: $27.9/month (first month) → $39.9/month (≤ $10,000 monthly bill limit)
- Premium: $41.9/month (first month) → $59.9/month (> $10,000 monthly bill limit)
